Where it came from
We spend our days around trucks. The people behind RouteMule run truck repair and service shops in California, and RouteMule was built screen by screen around a real used oil collection operation with drivers, bases and tankers on the road.
What that changed
Real routes settle arguments fast. Drum stickers fall off, so drums got engraved numbers. Gallons go missing between the truck and the tank, so transfers record both sides of the count. Customers call with a full tank at the worst time, so the phones ended up inside the same program as the routes.
What we believe
